Because frankly, I doubt you will want to do a whole lot of hacking to make Windows work correctly. If that doesn't work, perhaps your best option is to try Windows 11 to see if that fixes your problem.

I would suggest trying an older mouse driver or perhaps rolling back the most recent OS update since the problem started. Instead, I now believe that either your OS has gotten a bad update or your mouse software is buggy. This suggests your problem has nothing to do with the fact you made a new PC. I had the same dpi as my old pc and I was so confused. Keep in mind I had my mouse software installed as well and I configured it to my liking. I didn't understand why my mouse was behaving this way. I noticed a difference in my mouse sensitivity. But the second I went into a match in game. When I downloaded my first game I wanted to check the graphics and the frame rate. After setting up my new PC I immediately downloaded my games to start gaming again.

I downloaded windows 10 to a USB stick and bought an activation key from a cheap website. And it was so I was beginning to setup my new pc.
